A Book Wants Me To Write It.
I keep getting nudged by Spirit or my unconscious to write a particular book. I know what its about; I know the initial audience and I may have a method or pattern or outline of sorts. But Im having trouble focusing on it.
This morning it dawned on me I ought to follow my own advice, and develop a 10 word purpose for it. Ugh! Sometimes taking my own advice is tough. Ive got the purpose beaten down to 12 words and I know theres more work to be done to have the clarity I need to actually write it.
Also rattling round in my brain is the thought that this book may need to be collaboration. So after weeks and weeks of procrastination, I finally emailed the person I have in mind. It wasnt a very clear email since Im still muddied about the book, but I think it was clear enough to start a dialog.
Creativity is lovely, and sometimes its just plain hard.

well, I’ve gotten to writing the purpose and fiddling with a working table of contents… thanks for the encouragement ;)
