Freelance Writers and Digital Cameras

I’d forgotten how much I enjoyed my digital camera. Mostly I use it for fun and family, although I have sold a few pictures over time. Fiddling with pictures is a great break from putting words on paper.

Here’s a picture of my grandson, Ben, at the piano:

I had to take the red-eye out - I use PhotoImpact 10 - photo editing software and it’s pretty simple. PhotoImpact is geared for the web, although it’s got enough bells and whistles for print and even pros.

Here is my son Micheal, the writer, and my grandaughter, Emily:

I bought my Olympus Camedia through eBay!
. I’ve had great luck with products and software there.

Starting to take pictures again is one reason I ran the poll about writers and digital cameras. If you haven’t taken it yet… go ahead!
