Freelance Writers and Time Off

Being able to control our own schedule is one of the real advantages of freelance writing. Which also means it’s really easy to get so caught up in work that we lose track of the need to take some time off. I remembered this fact this morning when I realized I had huge resistance to blogging, writing a new article for the website, calling a client back, etc.

I got quiet enough to realize I’ve been hard charging for two or three weeks! So I’m off to the beach for several hours today. Bet I feel way better when I get back.
