The Freelance Writing Blog Becoming Part of b5 Media Network
Some of you may be aware that this blog is part of a network. We’re all excited because our network is merging with the b5 Media Network. From my point of view this means more exposure, more traffic and more resources behind the scenes.
For you, those additional resources will mean a better blog. I suspect more traffic and exposure will also mean a better blog because we’ll get more input, comments, etc. We shall see.
This merger reminds me of when I first joined what became About.com. I really didn’t know where it would lead, but I knew working with others was bound to strengthen my efforts. And thats exactly what happened, although it consistently happened in ways that surprised me.
It will be awhile before the physical merger takes place techs (thank the Goddess for good IT people) are working in background to make the transition as transparent as possible to you the reader. So relax but dont be surprised if one of these days you come to The Freelance Writing Blog to discover a whole new look and feel, and maybe even a whole new name. Meanwhile
