Elements of Style - A Must Have for Freelance Writers
New freelance writers often worry about their style and their voice. Seasoned freelance writers
get stale. One solution to all these problems is the delightful classic, Elements of Style by William Strunk Jr., E.B. White, and Roger Angell.
It’s hard to overestimate the positive effect this small volume can have on your writing. It’s a totally accessible handbook on good writing. I use it as a reference and I also sit down and just re-read it from time-to-time. It always delights me and always brings to mind some rule or approach to writing that’s slipped by me.
I can’t recommend it highly enough.
Write well and often,
