I am from Bangladesh, one of the poorest countries in the world and even for me 2$ for an article is way too low and I would rather do another work than waste my time for changing an article at to the extent that Google would not understand. I really cannot comprehend how people in USA can spend their valuable time for such a crazy thing. Is it worth it? $2 is far lower than the minimum hourly wage rate in USA.
