  1. The goal is a weekly carnival with the post deadline on Wed. 2 p.m. Pacific Time.
  2. Your post must be about freelance writing, preferably with an eye toward helping other freelance writers succeed. Musings, mutterings and occasional whines allowed.
  3. Additional rules may be added from time-to-time.
