I haven’t hired another writer, instead I simply turn down projects I cannot handle in a time pressed manner. If I needed the services of another writer, I think I would simply pass the project to them instead of having to check all of their work plus handle payment issues.
I am an extreme freelancer — the thought of having an “employee” no matter how briefly does not interest me. Subbing work out is like having someone work for you.
