A Headset Can Save A Writer’s Neck
Ugh… I just got off a 40 minute phone call with a client. Because he called early, I hadn’t set up my headset and now I’ve got a stiff neck!
Of course, it wasn’t just a conversation; I was taking notes like mad with the phone tucked under my chin… I know better and it would have been so simple to just ask him to hold while I plugged the headset in… I don’t even know why I didn’t.
Get yourself a headset! It’s well worth the investment, particularly if you use it!

Sandy, I’ve yet to run into a speaker phone that sounds decent on the other end…
