Changing Horses…
It happens. I was writing along on a ghostwriting project and suddenly realized I again had a question that until answered stopped me cold. This time I know the client is on vacation, and although available by email and sometimes phone, it’s likely to be a day or two before I get an answer.
Fortunately, there are other parts of this particular project I can work on while I wait. It’s always a bit of a shock, however. My mind briefly grinds to a halt; I start to wonder if it’s nap time.
But there’s a deadline on this one and although it isn’t looming, I really don’t want to get behind… so I shook off the laziness and got started.
