Writing and Vacation Re-entry
Geeze! I was only gone a week! Of course, it was a pretty intense week. Five days were a more or less business conference with about 100 mostly new people, lots of political debates and almost nothing about writing. The other two days were pure vacation and, again, nothing about writing.
Now I’m back, and I’m suffering from what some of my blogging cohorts at b5media call brain fog. In background I’m printing the whole manuscript for the major ghostwriting client. If you asked me exactly what the book is about I’m afraid I’d babble. So I’ll read and do minor edits on the whole thing sometime today.
I’ll also review what I’m supposed to do for the new blog I’ve contracted for… something to do with ecology and San Diego, but the contract is a dim memory at the moment.
I’ll also do the two emails I need to write as follow-up for the conference, and start the report I have to make to the group I represented.
Maybe I’ll even get the wash done. Or maybe I’ll dig in the garden. That often restores me to sanity, and maybe the ability to write!
Write well and often,

I often have to take a vacation from my vacation before I can lift the brain fog!
