Powerful Verbs Will Improve Your Writing
Got to playing with my feed reader and was intrigued with Terry Whalin of The Writing Life and his headline, Use Power Verbs In Your Writing.
It points to a regular podcast about marketing called The Wednesday Minute. I’m going to let you go to the post and click over to the podcast yourself. Give it a listen if you like, but be sure you download his list of verbs. It’s free and it’s excellent. Although aimed at marketing writing, the use of verbs, rather than adjectives, will improve any type of writing. I promise.
