blog.jpgIf you’re looking for a source of information about green topics you could do no better than GreenerAssets, written by Alison Kriscenski for b5media.

Ali K., as she’s known by many, has a great background for a blog about going green, and some of her posts simply blow me away. I didn’t have to dig very deep to discover DHL Delivers via Kite-powered Cargo Ship. This one tickled me for two reasons:

  • I’m a sailor and have put considerable blue water miles in on various parts of the planet, so I know first-hand how effective wind power can be.
  • DHL actually delivered me some charts (maps of the ocean) in the South Pacific years ago - by airplane, but…

    • I’m liking this blog.

      Thanks for the write up, Anne! I love sailing too and think that kite-power on cargo ships makes so much sense. I would love to hear about some of your ocean adventures sometime!
