ClickBank Gives Excellent Customer Service

Last week I complained about the poor customer service I got from my phone and internet provide.

Today, I want to tell you about a company that has given me excellent service, and this one even has something to do with freelance writing. The company is ClickBank (and yes, that’s an affiliate link). ClickBank provides a convenient way to sell your digital products like ebooks. You sign up for an account, pay a small, one time fee, and as long as you maintain the links, people can buy your ebook forever. You earn a commission on each one. It’s up to you to promote, but ClickBank makes it easy.

A couple of months ago I got a letter from ClickBank explaining that they had issued and sent a commission or royalty check to me several months before, but according to their records, I hadn’t cashed it. I double checked my records and sure enough could find no deposit in that amount. I don’t know if I lost the check or it went missing in the mail - either seems possible. What tickled me, though, is all I had to do was let them know and they would reissue the check. I did and they did. It took maybe 60 days for the new check to show up, but in it came.

That’s customer service!
